Ms. Vanderhoef reported the ongoing roadwork on Route 6 is scheduled through December 15 (barring any snow, which would stop the project for the season) and is planned to reach Governor Prence Road. The tank continues to be installed. They are working to get the collars and welded bowl up before winter.
Mr. Knight expressed interest in observing how the pipes are joined underground when extending service across Route 6; Ms. Vanderhoef will obtain photos from Environmental Partners for the November 16, 2015 meeting.
Ms. Vanderhoef and Environmental Partners are working with Eversource to obtain details of pricing estimates to bring power to the pump house at the high school municipal well.
In an effort to reduce the cost and amount of time spent on obtaining private road easements, the Eastham Assessor’s office will be pulling all necessary property information together to get to the title search company for the second set of easements.
The Board of Selectmen will be continuing their discussion of water regulations on Wednesday, November 04, 2015. Included in the regulations will be parameters on sizing meters, billing cycles, and connection details.
